I wanted to share a great experience I had at Wing Zone SM Tanza. I recently placed an order through Grab, but it arrived with a missing upgrade I had paid for. It was a minor inconvenience, but I decided to go to the store to see if they could help. The employee who assisted me was an absolute gem. After hearing my issue, they didn't just fix the order, but they also generously gave me a full box of wings to take home as an apology for the inconvenience. I was so surprised by their kindness! This employee's gesture truly made my day and shows what great customer service is all about. It's rare to see such genuine and thoughtful customer service, and I really appreciate the employee's kindness in handling the situation.

The experience was very fantastic, from the foods/dishes that we've ordered are so good, there's a unique distinct of flavor, over all it was so good, probably will come again. When it comes in service, the staff that assisted us was very nice, I very like him. The atmosphere also was very nice. Over all, we really enjoyed dining here. Thankyousomuch for serving us.
